Anne M. McFadden

Anne joined Riley, Hewitt, Witte & Romano, P.C. as an associate in 2017.  Her practice primarily centers on civil litigation, focusing on insurance defense in the area of toxic torts. Anne is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the West Virginia Bar Association.

 

Anne graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Legal Studies.  She obtained a Certificate from the Duquesne University Paralegal Institute the following year. After working as a paralegal for many years including at Riley Hewitt Witte & Romano and its predecessor firm of Riley & DeFalice, Anne began attending Duquesne University School of Law’s Evening Program in 2013.  While in school, Anne continued to work full-time at the firm and graduated in 2017.

 

While in Law School, Anne earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in the courses Administrative Law, and Law, Public Service, and the Executive Branch.

Anne lives in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets and enjoys Pittsburgh’s wide variety of arts and sporting events.
