Sibyl S. McNulty

Sibyl McNulty joined Riley & DeFalice in 1988. When that law firm disbanded in 1993, she joined Pat Hewitt and Pat Riley in forming Riley, McNulty & Hewitt, P.C. (now Riley, Hewitt, Witte & Romano, P.C.) During her career with these law firms, Sibyl has tried more than fifty asbestos cases to verdict in both state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania, always as lead counsel. In addition, she has represented the interests of clients in courts in Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia and has served as a project manager.

Prior to 1988, Sibyl worked at Laurel Legal Services and Hyatt Legal Services.

Presently, Sibyl handles family law cases for the firm – separations, divorce, support, custody and equitable distribution of property and has tried numerous cases on these issues. However, she is also trained in collaborative law, and works with other trained collaborative attorneys in resolving cases outside of the litigation process. In addition, she prepares simple estate documents for her clients, including wills, Powers of Attorney and living wills.  In her spare time, she bowls, visits her grandchildren and runs.

Sibyl is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the

Women's Bar Association of Western Pennsylvania, and the Allegheny County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Matrimonial Inns of Court and the Collaborative Law Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania (CLASP).
