DALE A. CABLE

Dale A. Cable, a lifelong resident of Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania, joined Riley, Hewitt, Witte & Romano, P.C. on June 1, 2010 bringing extensive experience in representing employers, insurance carriers, self-insureds and third party administrators involving all aspects of defense claims under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act.  Mr. Cable’s expertise in the field of workers’ compensation law involves litigation and an Appellate Court practice.  He has expanded his workers’ compensation practice to include labor and employment issues and has developed relationships not only with claim representatives with insurance carriers and self-insureds/self-insurance programs, but also human resource and human relations directors, personnel directors, corporate and employment counsel and vocational placement specialists.  Mr. Cable brings a creatively aggressive and imaginative approach to complex and unique litigation and claim assignments.  Mr. Cable has been in the field of workers’ compensation defense since May, 1987 and has practiced and developed a credible relationship in front of the workers’ compensation judges in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with many favorable outcomes for termination or reduction of a defendant’s indemnity or medical liability.

In addition to his law practice, Mr. Cable is involved with community activities and organizations.  He is a founding member of the Mt. Lebanon Basketball Association, former officer and current Board member.  Mr. Cable is a Board member of the Mt. Lebanon Community Endowment Board and has previously served on the Youth Sports Alliance Council.
